PAHANG IN NATURE JEWELLERY

Pahang in Nature is a three-part collection that began as a series of paintings by Marina Ibrahim, commissioned by the Museum of Contemporary Art Kuantan. The works capture the sweeping beauty and essence of Pahang’s rich natural landscapes through expansive, immersive canvases. The exhibition debuted at the Museum’s inauguration in early 2023, receiving critical acclaim for its vivid portrayal of Malaysia’s heritage and environment.

In 2024, the collection evolved into a couture expression: Pink Jambu produced a 30-look couture line, accompanied by a fine jewellery collection by La Putri, both inspired directly by Marina Ibrahim’s original paintings. This multi-disciplinary collaboration translates the colors, textures, and spirit of Pahang’s landscapes into wearable art, bridging visual art and fashion in a celebration of heritage and creativity.
